Due to the electronic nature of digital downloads, these files are not “returnable”. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason. That’s why, we ask that you take the time to verify that you are purchasing file types that will work with your machine, and for your needs. However, if you run into any issues, please contact us and we will do our very best to help.

Cancel an order:

Once you have completed your order and received the order confirmation e-mail, we are unable to cancel and or make any changes towards your order.

Discounts:

If you have a discount code, make sure that it’s applied before checkout. We are not responsible for any discount code not applied during checkout.
